The use of KikoBar and the registration of a profile is governed by the following conditions of use.

Service
KikoBar provides the user with services and technology to connect people and companies in the food business. We offer the opportunity to strengthen the relationship between the customer and the property without any kind of intermediation. Therefore, we have developed an easy-to-use platform for all businesses wishing to have a showcase to find new customers, but above all to communicate new initiatives and new experiences to everyone, even old customers. This involves highlighting photographs, content, and offers of interest to potential existing or future customers.

Data entry
All the activities registered on our platform undertake to provide correct and truthful information. Each member is responsible for the content published on their page. Our staff does not intervene in modifying the advertisements as we want our service to be super partes. Each company is required to assume its responsibilities and comply with legal limitations. Ads of a private, offensive, obscene, illicit nature, which violate the rights of others, are prohibited. The user cannot provide false data, use third party identities, create accounts on behalf of others, unless authorized by them.

Use of company data
The content and images of the activities published on our platform are the property of the advertiser who grants the license to use KikoBar. When a company registers and publishes content and photographs, it grants a non-exclusive license, not subject to royalty, and transferable, for the use, display and distribution of the same (in respect of privacy). It is possible to revoke this license at any time by deleting your content or account from our platform.

Use of user data
The user authorizes KikoBar to show their name or nickname and the shares as a vote or comments on an activity.

Use of our data
Users can use the intellectual property of our platform, our logo and the trademarks of our partners after having informed us and obtained our authorization by email.

Removal of content or account termination
Our platform reserves the right to delete all or part of the content posted by an advertiser if deemed unsuitable or in violation of the conditions of use. We have the right to refuse a registration request or close an account in violation of our conditions by the user. Before closing an account or removing content, we will inform the user to try to find a possible solution.

Causes of force majeure
Our platform uses the highest technological standards to offer a safe and error-free service, but we cannot guarantee 100% operation always without delays or interruptions.

Change of conditions
Kikobar reserves the right to make changes to the platform and consequently modify these terms of use. Users will be notified of any changes and will have the opportunity to accept the new terms or delete their account.

Platform regulation
The use of the platform implies the acceptance of these conditions. The platform developed and managed by KikoBar offers a useful technology to provide services to allow registered companies to get in touch with users.
